For a few weeks now I’ve been researching a promising area located on Peace River, north of Gardner in Arcadia. On this occasion, I felt it important that we fully explore this stretch of river at least two days. Sure enough, this area produced a number of rare fossils, including the largest Megalodon tooth that we’ve ever recovered at Peace River. Here are a few sample images of some of our finds.
